Monrovia Farm beef is available to be purchased in eighths, quarters, halves, or whole animals.  Our beef cattle herd is humanely managed and well cared for in order to bring you the very best quality, all natural, safe beef product.

  • Custom cut, packaged, labeled, and flash frozen for freshness
  • Processed locally at a custom facility under the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services certification or USDA processed

Monrovia Farm quarters are sold by the hanging weight, which averages 200 pounds.  A typical quarter will yield approximately 135 – 150 pounds of packaged beef for your freezer.*

  • 1 Eye Round Roast
  • 2 London Broil Roasts
  • 1 Sirloin Tip Roast
